Our people have been involved in online engagement strategy for a long time - a lot longer than most, which probably doesn't mean anything in this ever changing digital environment. They have worked with such brands as Amazon, BSkyB, The Guardian Media Group, John Lewis, The BBC to name a few; and have extensive experience in analysing online consumer behaviour, brand profiling and creating and implementing successful online awareness, acquisition and retention strategies. Somatica Digital is and will always remain a specialist consultancy and was formed to help UK consumer brands to make sense of the social web. We work with multi-national businesses through to very niche London fashion designers and help them to create and implement successful consumer communications through the use of online social media.
