Karl Havard is the Founder of Somatica Digital. He's been messing around in the digital/Internet sector since the late 1990's. His background is very much focused on online human engagement approaches and analysis, and has been helping organisations and businesses to try make sense of it all, so they can enhance all aspects of their customers' brand engagement journey. He also runs the advance social media courses for econsultancy and lectures Masters students at various universities. He's been studying part-time, researching online trust for a Ph.D, but there is still some way to go before that is completed.
